Paul J. Petras, is a transactional attorney based in Manhasset, New York with an active New York City clientele. Paul’s practice encompasses all aspects of commercial and residential real estate investments from single asset and multi-property acquisitions and dispositions to representation of borrowers and private lenders in connection with mortgage, mezzanine and asset based financing. He has extensive experience in commercial leasing and has worked with dozens of tenants and landlords in connection with retail “brick and mortar” operations in New York City. In addition to his Colgate Diploma, Paul obtained a Masters of Business Administration in Finance from New York University (1991) and graduated from Emory University Law School (1994), where he was installed as a member of The Order of the Coif and awarded the 1994 Tax Scholar by the Georgia Federal Tax Conference. Mr. Petras was licensed by the New York State Department of Education as a Certified Public in May of 1991
